I was a little worried after some of the reviews. However, this ended up being an amazing restaurant. We stopped by for lunch. I ordered the Tumbleweed salad (great flavor and well put together) with salmon (perfectly seared with a tender middle). My salad came with 3 hush puppies on top. They didn't look very appetizing, but we're actually quite delicious.
The brought bread at the beginning, which was actually quite tasty.
My wife ordered the shrimp and crab cake. It came with couscous and a quinoa combo with pineapple chutney. It was amazing!
The customer service was great.
I highly recommend this place! -

My friends and I recently had an impromptu weekend in NC for wine tasting. We had just finished a tasting and decided to eat here for lunch. Everything we ordered was delicious. We also ordered a bottle of wine with our lunch. The views of the vineyard were great, but the decor inside was a little dated. The service was also very good. Overall, a good experience.

A bottle of wine, a loaf of bread and thou at the harvest grill...one must start with some of the best bread service with dinner! Warm folded rolls served a trio of pimento cheese spread, huckleberry jam and butter... Add a bottle of estate red or white ($20)...then
Generous portions of whatever entree you choose...try the crab cakes, much more crab than cake...or chicken scallopini with fresh lemon..or fork tender thick filet mignon..
Follow your repast with a stroll about the vineyard grounds and listen to the music of the growing grapes... -

My wife and I have eaten here many times over the past few years and I look forward to our next trip each time we get back home. You start with a pleasant country drive through rolling hills and scattered farm land. Once there the atmosphere is quaint and charming. Being a working vineyard you can imagine the wine selection is quite extensive. Being more of a red wine drinker I suggest their Merlot. Service is always friendly and helpful and the food is well worth the trip. Recently voted the # 4 vineyard restaurant in the entire country I doubt you will be disappointed. Once you're done you may purchase wine in the grill or take a short walk to the wine tasting building for a tasting and more of their award winning wine selections. Give them a try. I'll probably see you t

We were looking for a place to eat lunch with our dog, and stopped because there was outdoor seating. It was a lovely ride through rolling hills and farmland and had a delicious take away lunch on their outdoor picnic tables. The wine was good, the service very accommodating and the food delicious. Will definitely be back.
